| The Youth Challenge is a scratch tournament
conducted by the BC 5-Pin Bowler's Association and is open to
all bowlers 13 to 18 years of age. Eight games are bowled at a
provincial qualifying round and the top 3 boys and the top 3 girls
will comprise the team that advances to a national
championship which will be held on March 25 to 27, 2010.
The Provincial finals were held at Grandview Lanes in
Vancouver and we would like to thank hosts Tammy Marino,
Lorraine Marino, Charlene Brook and Doug Goodman for a great job.
Also, thanks to Ken Chambers, President, BC 5 Pin Bowlers'
Association for being there to help out.
Scoring was fantastic and the top 3 boys and top 3 girls are
excited to be going to the National Championships in Edmonton,
Alberta.
